By adding CFII to your CFI certificate, you can teach Instrument students alongside Private and Commercial students. The CFII course is shorter than the CFI course, with duration depending on your existing instrument knowledge

Minimum 3rd class Medical
Medical certificate from an Aviation Medical Examiner
Pass FII
Pass Flight Instructor Instrument (FII)
English
Ability to read, speak, write and understand the English language fluently
Pilot certification
Must hold Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL)
